"Thurcroft Welfare Training Band are putting on a concert in St Simon and St Jude Church, Thurcroft
on Friday 21st February at 7.30. There will be a varied programme performed by the band, along with some solos and duets. This is the first formal concert for some of our
new members.
All proceeds of the concert will be donated to Brain
Tumour Research. A very good friend of the band and members of the band, Alan Needham, was recently diagnosed with the condition and he is raising much needed funds for the charity.
We are proud to be able to make a contribution to such a worthy cause."
