Durham Miners' Gala July 2023

One of the highlights of the year. Thurcroft Welfare Band come to Thornley and Durham for the Annual Durham Miners Gala.

After marching through Thornley village at 8am, the Band and Thornley Banner joined all the other bands and their banners to parade through Durham
