Once Engagements are confirmed, the Yes/No sheet for that engagement will start being circulated by Diane or Malcolm. Please have a look and indicate your availability.
2 weeks before the Engagement the sheet will go to Ken. This gives us a 2 week buffer to make contact with our friendly regular dep’s and complete the line up.

A joint concert at Thurcroft Welfare Hall with the Doncaster Wheatsheaf Singers. (Suggested) admission to this concert is £5 on the door (Includes free glass of wine and raffle entry)
Uniform – Black Jackets/Ties
Diane is sorting 3 raffle prizes, - Food Hamper, Drink Hamper and a 3rd prize. Proceeds shared with the Wheatsheaf Singers. Needs publicising around the village as this concert is entirely self-promoted, so we have opportunity to maximise income on this job. |
